Dear Colleagues Dated: 14th September 2025 At first I, on behalf of our Officers' Association of the W.B. Audit & Accounts Services, would like to convey my heartiest congratulations to all members and wish you all Happy Sharodotsab and prosperous New Year ahead. I have the pleasure and privilege to present the 38th Annual Report of our association to this house for kind consideration and appreciation. Now we are going through a critical time when some of our colleagues are standing in the way of the progress of our service. We are trying to go ahead hand in hand but they are showing their noncooperation in each and every step. They are trying to defame our 54 year's specialized service. We condemn this type of activities. Friends, you all are very much aware of that a good number of litigations have been invited by a particular group of officers of our cadre. Now they want to take these cases to the Hon'ble Supreme Court. These court cases will adversely affect our service. This is derogatory to the dignity of the service. We have to fight against it. In order to fight against these court cases we need money for which a legal fund has been created and some members have already donated a token money. We request all members to donate in this fund. .
